shall include the following approximate quantities: 1,200 Ton - Crushed Aggregate Base Course 5,000 L.F. - Curb & Gutter 26,000 S.F. - Concrete Sidewalk 1,100 Ton - Asphaltic Pavement 12,000 S.Y. - Restoration The Bidding Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment and Performance Bonds, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Addenda, Certificate of Substantial Completion, and Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the following locations: Issuing Office: Village of Howard Public Works Facility 1336 Cornell Road Green Bay, WI 54313 (920)434-4060 Bidding and the award of work will be in accordance with the provisions of Section 61.55 and 66.0901. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interest of the Owner.
