Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Howard, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
State/Province: WI Sewer and Water Construction, Water Utilities, Street/Roadway Reconstruction include the following approximate quantities: 525 L.F. - Sanitary Sewer 2,200 C.Y. - Excavating & Grading 1145 L.F. - Watermain 7,600 Ton - Crushed Aggregate Base Course 1620 L.F. - Storm Sewer 2,950 L.F. - Curb and Gutter 1,000 S.Y. - Concrete Sidewalk 7,500 S.Y. - Restoration 1,800 Ton - Asphalt Pavement The project is scheduled to be completed by July 31, 2023. Bidding and the award of work will be in accordance with the provisions of Section 61.55 and 66.0901. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified check equivalent to 5% of the maximum proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interest of the Owner.
