The City of Beavercreek Public Administrative Services Department is seeking proposals for TREE CARE AND REMOVAL SERVICES. The purpose in this RFP is to establish a contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise required to perform tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, and debris cleanup and hauling. The work shall be performed by a company which derives the majority of its annual income from arboriculture work, and whose employees are highly trained and skilled in all phases of tree care and removal. The successful contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local ordinances, regulations, licenses and permits necessary to perform the work under this contract. The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid evaluation by the City of Beavercreek indicates that such award will be in the best interests of the services to be performed, as determined by the City of Beavercreek. No contract shall be considered to have been awarded, and no bidder may rely upon the award of a contract until a Contract for Services Agreement has been entered into by the City of Beavercreek. No bidder shall be entitled to rely on any written or oral statements or representation as to the award of a contract made by any City of Beavercreek personnel. Responses shall be complete and submitted in a package with cover page featuring the vendor's letterhead. All communication regarding this notice shall reference the following: RFP - 2023 Tree Care and Removal Services. Proposals shall reply to ALL inquiries mentioned in the following specification. Incomplete replies to this request will be subject to rejection. The City of Beavercreek reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject all proposals. Furthermore, when deemed in best interest of the City, the City reserves the right to award all or part of the products quoted in the proposal.
