The City of Bremen and the Central City Municipal Water and Sewer System will retain a qualified engineering firm to provide planning, design, and other required engineering services for the Central City-Bremen Gravity Sewer System Extension Project which will include, but not limited to, collection system expansion. Sources of grants/loans may include, but are not limited to USDA-RD, CDBG, Clean Water SRF Loan Fund, and local funds. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated and ranked on the basis of the following considerations: 1. Overall qualifications of the firm. 2. Experience on similar projects. 3. Experience and availability of qualified personnel. 4. Experience working successfully with state/federal funding programs. 5. Ability to prepare accurate construction estimates. 6. A list of references that may be contacted concerning previous performance on similar projects. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
