Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,391-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

It is the intent of this solicitation to engage the services of a qualified Contractor to provide construction services for the Robert Guevara Community Center Roof replacement project located at 501 Florida Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida 34744. This is a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded project.The Robert Guevara Community Center project scope includes removal of existing roof and installation of new PBR roofing system. a. Remove and dispose existing ridge vents, roof vents, closures, neoprene boots, downspouts, gutters, and roofing material of the approximate 10,600 square foot roof. b. Provide and install i. Moister barrier ii. Insulation: 3-inch vinyl-back reinforced fiberglass white (R10) 4-foot-wide x 125-foot-long iii. 26-Gauge PBR panels in similar color to the existing tones. iv. The County must approve the color selection prior to purchase and installation. v. New ridge vents, roof vents, closures, neoprene boots, downspouts, and gutters. Question End Date 3/8/2023 12:00 PM
