Description of work: The 2022 ADA Compliance project will construct or upgrade sidewalk curb ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations including sidewalk, curb and pavement restoration, and installing detectable warning surfaces, at various locations in Clark County. Primary bid items: Construction Surveying; Crushed Surfacing Base Course; HMA Cl. 3/8 In. PG 58H-22; Cement Conc. Traffic Curb and Gutter; Cement Conc. Pedestrian Curb; Cement Conc. Sidewalk; Cement Conc. Curb Ramp, and Traffic Control. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted using the electronic CRP Inquiry Submittal Form located on the County portal. Responses will be posted on the projects Bid Inquiry Log. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid documents. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Bidders company name, project title, project number, bid opening date, and SEALED BID clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
