New partitions, ceilings, including suspended gypsum board, acoustic panel and wood ceilings. New cabinetry and countertops at relocated vending area. New carpet and vinyl flooring, new wall surfaces, new lighting and fire sprinkler relocation. New plumbing to relocated ice maker. New electrical and data to relocated vending. Anticipated construction duration: 3 months. Project 1374 Scope of work: selective demolition, p-lam clad architectural cabinets, joint sealants, penetration fire stopping, hollow metal frames, flush wood doors, door hardware, resilient tile flooring, tile carpeting, glazing, non-structural framing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceiling, resilient base and accessories, interior painting, quartz agglomerate countertops, tile carpeting, resilient tile flooring, fire protection, mechanical, electrical Project 1431 Library Entrance Update: Rehabilitate existing corridor with new wall treatment, new ceiling and floor finishes. Furnish and install new lighting and new power/data devices. Anticipated construction duration: 3 months. Project 1431 Scope of work: selective demolition, penetration firestopping, non-structural framing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient base and accessories, resilient tile flooring, wall protection, quartz agglomerate countertops, interior painting, tile carpeting, fire protection, electrical Project 1432 Student Affairs Corridor Floor Update: Remove existing VCT and wall base in corridor 1218, furnish and install new LVT flooring and vinyl wall base. Abate existing VCT and vinyl base and mastic base at corridor 1280, furnish and install new LVT flooring and vinyl wall base. Remove and replace existing transitions to all adjoining spaces and existing floor finishes. All transitions shall extend under doors of adjoining spaces. Anticipated construction duration: 1 month. Project 1432 Scope of work: demolition, asbestos abatement, resilient base and accessories, resilient tile flooring This project consists of 4 phases.
