The Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority is seeking qualified consultants to provide Professional Services for completion of an Airport Masterplan and Stormwater Master Plan. The two documents will be coordinated and completed under a single contract. The successful Consultant will show prior experience in airport master planning at regional, commercial service airports, including FAA design standards, land development requirements, NEPA requirements, Florida environmental regulations, stormwater system planning, design and permitting requirements. Familiarity with City of Gainesville and SJRWMD permit requirements and processes is preferred. The Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted in response to this Request for any reason. Interested parties are advised that lobbying of Evaluation Committee members, Airport Authority members and Airport Authority employees, regarding Requests for Qualification (RFQ), Bids or Contracts is strictly prohibited from the point of advertisement until a final award is made or protest is resolved, and will result in immediate rejection of that parties proposal. Deadline for Receipt of Questions: Tuesday, February 21, 2023 4:30 P.M. Interviews/Presentations: Mid-March, 2023 An attempt will be made to schedule all presentations on the same day. Times will be assigned Alphabetically. Target Award by GACRAA Board: Thursday, March 23, 2023 Statements of Qualifications not adhering to the required format, minimum terms or other requirements of the RFQ may be rejected as non-responsive . GACRAA reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal it receives and to be the sole judge of the merits of the proposals it receives. DBE firms are encouraged to apply. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
