Project action list includes: 1. Anti-Microbial, waterproof laminate floating floor (Pergo or Lifeproof preferred) a) Color chosen by owner b) Throughout both main rooms and bathrooms c) Replace baseboard after flooring install 2. Remove Wood wall in front of bathrooms 3. Move section of wall behind small room leading to kitchen to the range hoods a) Add sink, cabinets, and countertops b) Will require running plumbing through the attic to create water for sink 4. Replace hot water heater to standard 50-gallon tan (Gas) 5. Replace two (2) HVAC units (gas) a) No trade in- current units being repurposed 6. Create pantry unit in current office space a) Shelving and storage units 7. Replace current kitchen sink with apron sink 8. Install security system with cameras 9. Cover pipes at back of main room and build half wall a) Include countertop along wall (chosen by owner) b) Half door in middle 10. Cap water well and remove well house 11. Remove spotlights in side room 12. Patch all drywall and paint both main rooms and bathroom a) Color chosen by owner 13. Remove electrical outlets from floor 14. Take out two windows and replace with glass exit doors 15. Replace any ceiling tiles that are damaged 16. Run ventilation for plumbing from attic to the exterior 17. Replace soft spot-on right side of the roof and back side at roof penetration 18. Replace sealant at roof penetrations 19. Replace and repair loose roof fasteners 20. Add gutters to front of the building 21. Replace doorknobs on bathrooms with pull levers **Electrical and plumbing changes to be completed by EPC Teacher and students at Riverside, not to be included in bid. ***All Usable appliances/materials will be repurposed within the school system and should not be considered for trade-in or discount. Bids shall be presented in sealed envelopes, plainly marked on the outside with name of person or firm submitting bid. Bids will be received only from responsible firms or persons capable of filling same. The board has committed to award bid to the low bidder. The owner reserves the express right to accept any bid or reject any and or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
