Site work for a water / sewer project in Decaturville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be bid on is as follows: Installation of 4 new insertion valves. The allotted time for construction is 90 calendar days for valve installation. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 Questions from Bidders must be directed to the Engineer as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for preparation and distribution of addenda Deadline for Interpretations and Questions: Five (5) days before Bid date. All bidders are required to be licensed in accordance with the General Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, Chapter 6), also known as House Bill No. 2180. Any person with a disability requiring special accommodation must contact the Town of Decaturville no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering into the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the Town of Decaturville. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
