Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Decaturville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Bids will be received for the following Work: a. General Building Construction b. Electrical Construction c. Interior Construction and Finish Work. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Decatur County, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond, bonds, or insurance surety. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Decatur County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the Owner.
