Scope of Work: The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) and resulting contract is to obtain competitive bids for the City's annual requirements for asphalt pavement repair and resurface services to be performed by the contractor within the perimeters of the City of Suffolk. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, operator(s), labor, transportation, equipment, traffic control, permits, and fees necessary to perform the work. The contract shall cover the period from March 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for three (3) additional one-year periods ending February 28, 2027. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
