Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nine Mile River, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Nine Mile River Trails Association ("NMRTA") wishes to expand their parking lot at Nine Mile River Trails to create a new area approximately 45 metres by 31 metres (the "Work"). This will, without limitation, include clearing and grubbing of the site, levelling and drainage work, and the supply, placement, and compaction of gravel to form a well-drained parking lot which aligns with the existing parking lot. Any labour and material necessary to transition to the existing parking lot are also to be included.
