Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Water, Sanitary, and Drainage Facilities for Stonecreek Estates Section 12 - Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: approximately 4,046 LF 8-inch thru 12-inch waterline; 4,501 LF 8-inch sanitary sewer; and 4,144 LF 24-inch thru 60-inch storm sewer. Quiddity Engineering, LLC (Q) will provide construction staking for the following items of workas the project requires: Sanitary Utilities, Storm Utilities, & Waterline Utilities. 8-inch C-900 AWWA (DR18) Class 150, waterline 8-inch RJ C-900 AWWA (DR18) Class 235, waterline (including valves, fittings, bedding, backfill and testing), Flushing valve, bury as shown, (including lead and gate valve), 16-inch x 8-inch back tap, sleeve, and valve with box 2" Blow-off, per City of Rosenburg Standard detail, 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe, 4-6 foot depth Sanitary sewer manhole, per City of Rosenberg Standard Details, standard depth Extra depth sanitary sewer manhole, 8-12 foot depth Sanitary sewer stacks, 0-3 foot depth 8" Sanitary sewer drop, 0-3 foot depth, Backslope interceptor structure on 60" CMP outfall, 24-inch RCP, ASTM C-76, Class III, all depths Bids may be modified or withdrawn by an appropriate document duly executed (in the manner that a Bid must be executed) and delivered to the place where Bids are to be submitted at any time prior to the opening of Bids. If, within twentyfour hours after Bids are opened, any bidder files a duly signed, written notice with Owner and promptly thereafter demonstrates to the reasonable satisfaction of Owner that there was a material and substantial mistake in the preparation of its Bid, that bidder may withdraw its Bid and the Bid Security will be returned. Thereafter, that bidder will be disqualified from further bidding on the Work to be provided under the Contract Documents. SCOPE a. SANITARY SEWER: (1) All MH, tees and stacks will be staked over the centerline with a lath (2) MH offsets will be staked with a hub and lath marking the offset and a lath for line only. (3) MH flowline: laths will include cuts to all flowlines in the MH indicated on the construction plans, which shall be measured from the hub. (4) Stacks and Tees: Stakes will be staked over the centerline of the proposed sanitary sewer between MH's with a lath (5) Sanitary Leads: Q will stake the horizontal location of the end of a sanitary lead with a hub, offset lath, and a line only lath. The offset lath will include a cut to the flowline measured from the hub. (6) All laths for Sanitary Sewer will utilize red flagging b. STORM SEWER: (1) All MHs and inlets will be staked (2) MH are stake with a lath at the center of the MH, along with an offset lath and hub and line only lath. (3) MH flowline: Laths will include cuts to all flowlines in the MH indicated on the construction plans, which shall be measured from the hub. (4) Inlets are staked with a lath marking the centerline, along with a hub and offset lath. a. The horizontal alignment of each inlet are set by staking the back of curb on each side of the inlet with a 2-foot long guard stake painted orange and a lath marked "B.C." when possible. Depending on the site conditions, offsets to the back ofcurb line can be set. b. Offset lath to centerline of the inlet at the back of curb will include a cut to the flow line, which shall be measured from the hub. (5) All laths for Storm Sewer will utilize blue flagging WATER LINES: (1) All water lines and fittings will be staked (2) The centerline of waterlines are staked with laths on a 50 foot interval (3) Fittings are staked with a lath at the centerline of the designed horizontal location. (4) Flush valves will be staked with a lath at the centerline of the designed horizontal location as well as with a hub and lath marking an offset to centerline of the flush valve. The offset lath will include a cut/fill to the adjacent top of curb, which shall be measured from the hub. (5) All laths for Water lines will utilize green flagging. d. EXTREME EVENT SWALE: (1) Lathes with cut or fill lines will be set at the elevation points shown in each extreme event swale detail of the construction plans (2) Stakes will be painted orange
