The Work of this Project consists of renovations to the City of La Crosse IT Department, located on the 5th floor of the La Crosse City Hall building. Construction Work includes but is not limited to the following: selective demolition; unit masonry; miscellaneous rough carpentry; architectural woodwork; thermal insulation; brake metal trim; firestopping and joint sealants; hollow metal doors and frames; wood doors; door hardware; glazing; window film; metal wall framing; gypsum board; extruded aluminum partition gap closures; resilient flooring and base; acoustical panel ceilings and grid; tile carpeting; painting; fire protection specialties; wall and door protection; roller window shades; plumbing; mechanical; electrical; and data/communications work.
