For Raw Water Intake Pump Station The Lake Don Pedro Community Services District (District) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Design-Build Entities (DB Entities) for fixed price design-build services to replace the existing Raw Water Intake & Pump Station system. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Lake Don Pedro Community Services District Raw Water Intake & Pump Station Project (Project) invites DB Entities to submit SOQs according to the requirements set forth in this RFQ, including the format and content guidelines in Section 3. The submitted SOQs will be reviewed and evaluated as part of a two-step selection process described in Section 4. The SOQs will be reviewed based on the Evaluation Criteria Matrix, provided as Attachment A of this RFQ. At completion of the evaluation process, the District will select a shortlist of Respondents who will receive the Request for Proposal (RFP) document, inviting them to submit a proposal. After the proposal evaluation process, the highest ranked DB Entity will be selected. However, the shortlist developed through the current solicitation may also be used to hire other consultants to supplement the Raw Water Intake & Pump Station work, if needed. In no event will the District be liable for any costs incurred by any Respondent or any other party in developing or submitting a SOQ or participating in subsequent activities leading up to the selection. This RFQ also does not commit the District to approve an agreement for design-build services.
