Renovation of a municipal facility in La Grange, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to remove and dispose of old mobile office, furnish and install new double wide manufactured office complex and other miscellaneous work. The services shall be performed at La Grange Field Office, 737 N. Old La Grange Road, La Grange, CA 95329, Stanislaus County. Estimated Cost: $ 450,000.00 Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal). As of March 1, 2015, Senate Bill 854 requires that No Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for projects greater than $25,000.00.
