New 95'X45' block building to house process equipment to perform concentrated waste handling, bathroom, electrical room and future dewatering. New combined heat and power generator utilizing biogas to create electricity. Construction of a new Solids Handling Building to handle concentrated waste and sludge dewatering in the future. Concentrated waste will be conveyed to tanks upstream of Anaerobic Digesters to generate additional biogas. A new combined heat and power generator to turn the biogas into electricity will be installed including associated gas conditioning equipment. In addition miscellaneous improvements around the plant are included in the project and associated site work for the new building. DEPOSIT: 5% of bid amount has non-vertical building use.
