For the Renovation to Existing Baseball Fields Infield Turf Project Deposit is fully refundable for the first set of documents to all bona fide prime bidders upon return of the documents in good condition no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. The deposit of all other set of documents will be refunded fifty percent (50%) upon return of documents as stated above. Modify existing irrigation system at outfield area and remove existing irrigation system at infield area. Set new base lines at 50' and 60', these bases will be removable. This project will require the removal and reinstall of chain link fabric at the backstop and a small portion at the outfield side of the dugouts for construction equipment access.
