**As of May 1, 2023, project was awarded to Diablo Roofing but awarded amount is not available.** DISTRICT has elected to become subject to the alternative bidding procedures set forth in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act ("CUPCCAA"), Public Contract Code section 22000 et seq., with respect to public projects, as that term is defined in Public Contract Code section 22002(c). This Project is subject to CUPCCAA's formal bidding procedures per Public Contract Code section 22032(c). Accordingly, notice is being given in accordance with the provisions of Public Contract Code section 22037. Further, the contract will be awarded and/or the bids rejected in accordance with CUPCCAA. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active Class C-39 Roofing Contractor license at time of submittal of the bid and shall maintain the license throughout the duration of the Project. No Contractor or Subcontractor may be listed on the Bid Form or Designation of Subcontractors Form for the Project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. No Contractor or Subcontractor may be awarded a contract for the Project unless registered with DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.
