Pre-qualification for General Contractors for the Sturbridge Senior Center Addition and Renovation project. General Contractors Only The current project consists of additions and renovations to the existing historic building at 480 Main Street, hazardous material abatement of existing three-story building, interior selective demolition of existing building, and new construction of an 7,100 gross square foot addition consisting of concrete foundations and slab on grade, with a woodframed structure, wood siding and an asphalt shingle roof. Interior spaces will include a multi-purpose room, exercise room, commercial kitchen, administrative offices and support / circulation areas. Building system upgrades will include all new building services including fire sprinklers, VRF mechanical system, plumbing and electrical systems.
