Site work for a mixed-use development in Blackfalds, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town is seeking qualified contractors to supply and place asphalt overlays at three locations within the Town of Blackfalds limits. Proposal shall include the following items: .1 Prepare trail path as agreed to upon site meeting. Site #1: Centennial Pond Trail, north side Approximately 190m Site #2: Harvest Meadows Park Trail accessing Aspen Lakes Boulevard Approximately 20m Site #3: Abbey Centre Trail, East Approximately 15m .2 Asphalt overlay shall be a minimum of 50mm thick and cover the width of the existing asphalt trails. .3 Supply, place, and compact a minimum of fifty (50) mm depth of hot mix asphalt. .4 Removal of all extra site material (dirt, rocks, wood, etc…). .5 Trail must have enough slope to eliminate standing water. .6 JOB COMPLETION DATE: September 29, 2023
