The place of delivery of the goods is at the Pointe Levy secondary school located at 55 Rue des Commandeurs, Levis, QC G6V 6P5.

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, in the form of a certified check for an amount equal to 5% of the total contract before taxes, payable to Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs, or a letter irrevocable guarantee or a bid bond established in the same amount valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of bids. Note that the letter of guarantee or the bid bond must be issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice insurance. suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. in the same place on the same day and at the same time. Any submission received later will be automatically rejected.
All public calls for tenders, quotes and tenders are governed by the Act respecting contracting by public bodies as well as its regulations and by the policies, regulations or directives of the Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs.
This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements:
ACCQO - Trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario;
CFTA - Canadian Free Trade Agreement;
Bidding service providers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bid.
Note that any offer, donation or payment, remuneration or advantage in view of being awarded the contract resulting from this call for tenders is likely to result in the rejection of the tender or, where applicable, the termination of the contract.
The school service center does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
