Renovation of a municipal facility in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Replace the existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system supporting the AGLC 2nd Floor Data Centre: .1 Supply and install new scalable UPS system with 120kVA (N+1) capacity, 600V input, 120/208Voutput, main breaker and maintenance bypass. .2 New battery cabinet complete with battery management system and lithium ion (Li-Ion) batteries providing 15 minutes of runtime at full rated load. .3 Removal and disposal of existing UPS equipment, bypass cabinet and batteries. .2 Provide electrical upgrades to AGLC Battery Room , South Electrical Room and 2nd Floor Data Centre including new circuit breakers, disconnects, splitters, junction boxes. .3 Provide structural modifications to the 2nd Floor Data Centre raised floor system and provide structural floor supports for the new UPS system. .4 Coordinate all work in accordance with specified work activities, temporary power requirements and shutdowns, as shown on drawings. .5 All other work required by these documents
