Renovation of an educational facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As part of its Model School Program, the Massachusetts School Building Authority ("MSBA") intends to identify, collect, and maintain a clearinghouse of prototypical school designs that may be used by eligible districts for MSBA funding. The MSBA intends to select existing schools to use as Models and to pre-qualify the designer of each Model to provide design services to school districts for those Models. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
