School District # 22 (Vernon) wishes to invite bidders to quote on the supply of 4 portable modular buildings: 2 "wet" portables
with washroom facilities and 2 "dry" without washrooms, These Portable Modular Classroom Buildings will be used at various school
locations situated within the Vernon City limits. For more information, please see the attached documents, RFQ 23-3009; 2023-01-23 Modular procurement, SD22 Typical Modular.
CLARIFICATION
The Bidder may withdraw their quotation at any time prior to the RFQ closing time by submitting a written
withdrawal letter by email to purchasing@sd22.bc.ca.
1.6.1 Any question related to the RFQ shall be directed by email to:

1.6.2 The bidder shall submit by email any questions regarding the specifications, discrepancies,
omissions or any apparent ambiguities to the attention of sd22 not less than five (5) working
days before RFQ closing time.
1.6.3 The clarification will be reviewed, and where information sought is not already clearly indicated,
sd22 will issue an addendum to all bidders which will become part of the contract documents.
1.6.4 Addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or changing any of the information contained
in this RFQ. Other than a member of purchasing, no employee or agent of sd22 is authorized to
change the content of this RFQ and/or any addenda. Receipt of all addenda must be
acknowledged in the space provided on the quotation form. School District # 22 (Vernon)("SD22") wishes to contract the services of a company(s) to supply 2 "wet" portables
