The project is expected to be awarded on April 12,2023.** DESCRIPTION OF WORK : The City of San Dimas is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to select and contract with a qualified vendor to remove and replace the existing audio/video (A/V) system in the Council chamber utilizing industry standard production equipment. The vendor selected will be responsible for the acquisition and implementation of all selected components, project management, and providing a complete installation that meets the performance requirements as stated in the final contract. At the time of the award of the contract, the awarded vendor shall possess a valid business license(s) sufficient to cover all of the work to be performed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the proposal process, and make awards in the interest of the City. No vendor may withdraw their proposal for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the RFP release date.
