Licensed electrical companies to provide electrical installation, repair and maintenance services on an as needed basis in all school and municipal buildings located in Lynn Massachusetts. Work may include but not limited to all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to accomplish all electrical installation, repair and replacement services at all buildings under the control of the Inspectional Services Department for the City of Lynn. Work includes but is not limited to electrical service upgrades and replacements, lighting retrofits, install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers, relays and circuit breakers. Contractor Qualification : DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All General Bids must be accompanied by a copy of a Department of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) "Certificate of Eligibility" (DCAMM Form CQ-7) and a "Contractor Update Statement" (DCAMM Form CQ-3).
