Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 275ft of concrete steam trench. Bids will be received for Single Prime only. All proposals shall be lump sum. he time allowed for Base Bid construction shall be 200 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall assume NTP will be provided on March 23rd 2023 and that they can mobilize to the site on May 8th, 2023. Liquidated damages shall be $500 per day.
