The work includes, among other things, the construction of: a roller-compacted concrete composting pad; a waterproofing and drainage system under the composting platform; an open domed building with electricity and lighting; a septic tank sludge dewatering system; a collection ditch for liquids from the composting platform and the septic tank sludge (leachate) dewatering system; a non-watertight storage platform for mature compost and traffic; a leachate transport network with pipes and manholes; a valve chamber and flowmeter; connecting pipes to existing manholes; roads, access roads, ditches and related works.
