Renovation of a water / sewer project in Wood River, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bids Shall Be Submitted for: Exterior Protective Coating Restoration for 750,000 Gallon Spheroidal Elevated Water Storage Reservoir Adjacent to I-255 Conditional or Qualified Bids Will Not Be Accepted. Give Special Attention to and Comply With Project Insurance and Bonding Requirements. Each Bid Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of at Least Five Percent of the Amount Bid, Drawn Payable to the City of Wood River as Security for the Proper Execution of the Contract. Bids From Partnerships or Joint Ventures Will Not Be Acceptable. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informality in Any Bids Should It Consider Same to Be in the Best Interest of the Owner. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After Date of Receiving and Opening Bids. The Illinois Dept. Of Labor Prevailing Wages and the City's Project Labor Agreement Shall Apply to the Project.
