James City County has received an unsolicited proposal under the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 . The proposal is for Design and Construction of James City County's new consolidated municipal complex. The location proposed is the site located across from the James City Recreation Center on property identified as 5231 Longhill Road and 5255 Longhill Road, further identified as James City County Real Estate Tax Map Nos. 3820100002 and 3820100002A, respectively. The County intends to evaluate the proposal and may negotiate an interim or comprehensive agreement with the proposer based on the proposal. A public copy of the unsolicited proposal received is included in this notice, subject to the provisions of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, Code of Virginia, PPEA, and County Purchasing Policy. The County will accept for simultaneous consideration any competing proposals that comply with the procedures adopted by the County and the PPEA.
