Site work for a swimming pool in Sutton, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
**As of March 16, 2023, project was awarded to Waterpark Specialties but the awarded amount was not confirmed** The refurbishing of both the interior and exterior of the three (3) slides at the Sutton Pool Facility. This refurbishing work will include the following: Sanding and Repainting; cleaning and resealing seams, repairing any chips and cracks, inspecting for uneven seams and sanding for levelness, tightening and repainting bolts, buffing, and waxing. The three (3) slides are identified as: a 42" open slide (117 ft); 32" enclosed tube slide (46 ft); and 32" enclosed drop slide (12 ft). Type of paint and sealant used must be identified and certified for use for municipal slides. Paint color should be close to the slide's original color. All items listed above and any additional items to ensure a completed project must be outlined in a lineitem cost breakout for each slide and a summary total for the completed project. The bid need not be awarded at the time of opening, but the city will hold over bids for further examination and consideration at the next regular city council meeting. The City of Sutton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request re-bid on the project.
