Scope of Work and Scheduling The quantities herein represent the Engineer's estimate of the amount of work to be completed. They will not necessarily be matched with those quantities of the final actual work done. The program is budgeted for $225,000 worth of work in the construction year, April 3, 2023 - November 22, 2023. The contractor shall begin construction within 10 days after the pre-construction meeting or the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, whichever comes first, and complete all work, including final cleanup and removal of all equipment before the end of November. The contractor will maintain a crew actively working on the location list provided, which will be periodically updated throughout the construction season. For ramp areas assigned, liquidated damages in the amount of $200 per day will be paid to the City for each day that the work is not completed beyond the end of Novembe
