They are to remove the existing asphalt pavement, then mix 70lbs of Portland cement per square yard to a depth of 8" in order to bridge the subgrade. They are then asked to place and compact 4" of new hot asphalt pavement over the cement modified subbase. The two areas in the bus loop to be repaired are 160'x24' and 88'x24'.
