Development number KS160963010 Hudson Circle 3501 - 3527 Hudson Circle Manhattan, KS 66502 Description: Seven one story duplexes buildings and five one story single detach buildings, consisting of two one-bedroom units; eight two bedroom units; four three bedroom units; two three bedroom units and three four-bedroom units. The Manhattan Housing Authority is seeking to replace existing Bathrooms in all buildings at Pottawatomie Court and Hudson Circle. The existing bathrooms need replacement due to normal wear and tear. The Manhattan Housing Authority is accepting competitive proposals for Engineering Services for improvements on existing developments described as follows: The Scope of Work may be reduced in the event prices for work exceed available funds and it would not be appropriate to adjust quantities to come within available funds. The Architectural Firm shall design the projects to meet the appropriate City, State and Federal property standards.
