Provide sealed bids for demolition and new work identified for construction within the construction documents as a lump sum cost. In accordance with work identified within the construction documents this project will include a newly constructed applied technology greenhouse in Manhattan, KS. Direct all questions to Leroy Dupere at leroy.dupere@bgcons.com Construction of a 30'x70' greenhouse applied technology and horticulture lab at Manhattan High School -West Campus replacing the existing 20'x50' greenhouse. Associated work includes select site improvements. Alternate construction includes erection of a Type V-B educational classroom attached to the horticulture lab and other dedicated greenhouse structure features Work includes construction of a greenhouse and an alternate construction for a connecting classroom and associated site improvements. Select improvements to the existing adjacent high school building
