Previous solicitation listed below: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of Grand Junction. All contact regarding this RFP is to be directed to the Purchasing Agent. Dolly Daniels, Senior Buyer dollyd@gjcity.org With the exception of Pre-Bid or Site Visit Meeting(s), all questions, inquiries, comments, or communication pertaining to this solicitation (whether process, specifications, scope, etc.) must be directed (in writing) to the Purchasing Agent Other communication may result in disqualification. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals from qualified and professional firms specializing in the design and installation of skate/wheel parks within a community park setting at Emerson Park. The proposed design shall include a landscape site plan and a skate/wheel park design, plans, specifications, cost estimate preparation.The Owner is the City of Grand Junction, Colorado and is referred to throughout this Solicitation. The term Owner means the Owner or its authorized representative. A proposal must be firm and valid for award and may not be withdrawn or canceled by the Offeror for sixty (60) days following the submittal deadline date, and only prior to award. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
