Santa Rosa City Schools (SRCS) is seeking Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) from qualified architectural organizations to provide architectural and engineering services related to the possible construction of additions to existing school sites, modernization/reconstruction/renovation of existing schools and district facilities, and new school construction. It is the intent of SRCS to approve a list of architects that will be used to complete projects during the next several years that are included in SRCS's Bond Measures approved by the voters of SRCS at the November 2022 election. Each proposal shall include all elements of the RFQ/P, required documentation, and must conform and be fully responsive to this invitation. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of proposals except as provided by Public Contract Code 5100 et seq. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
