Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Replace high-efficiency boilers, including all associated piping, ducting, controls, and appurtenances. The contractor is to provide a two-year service and maintenance contract compliant with design criteria. Project is located at the County Center's Central Mechanical Plant, 2680 Ventura Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. QUESTIONS: All questions pertaining to the Bid are to be submitted to the County's Project Manager, Scot Stanley, via email at scot.stanley@sonoma-county.org with "CMP HE BOILER REPLACEMENT" in the subject line of the email message no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, JULY 10, 2024. After the deadline no further questions will be accepted. The County will supply responses by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, JULY 15, 2024, through the supplier portal The estimated construction cost is $250,000.
