The City of Riverside is seeking an experienced, responsible, capable and professional architectural/engineering/construction firm with proven experience completing "turn-key" construction projects which include producing comprehensive construction plans with all necessary and required engineering, and specifications to meet City permitting requirements as well as providing complete construction services. This project will challenge your firm to design and develop plans and to construct an approximately 10,000 square foot fuel island canopy over an operational compressed natural gas, (CNG) fueling island facility located at 5961 Acorn St., Riverside CA 92504. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform these services. All Prospective Proposers submitting a proposal must be listed on the "Prospective Bidders" tab on the City's bidding website. Lump Sum This project will challenge your firm to
design and develop plans and to construct an approximately 10,000 square foot fuel island

services. The City's Screening and Selection Committee shall evaluate each proposal on the basis of the
professional expertise in architectural/engineering design and construction with an emphasis on
past projects of similar design, size and which have met the budget and have exceeded the
expectations of previous clients.
