License Requirements - As specified in Bid Documents. The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors who can provide chemical treatment of the exterior side of the dams and dikes to control vegetation at Metropolitan's Lakes Mathews, Lake Skinner, and Diamond Valley Lake and Diamond Valley Lake East & West Recreation Impoundment Basins. Chemical treatment shall be in accordance with the Pesticide Written Recommendation provided by Metropolitan's Pest Control Advisor, and the terms, conditions, and specifications herein. All inquiries concerning this document and Metropolitan's bidding procedures must be submitted online on Portal, utilizing the Q&A Tab in the bid information window. Questions will also be permitted at the Job Walk. The initial term of the agreement shall be from March 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024 (estimated term dates). Metropolitan may at its option, extend this agreement for four (4) additional one-year periods. In performing services under this Agreement, Contractor shall coordinate all contact with Metropolitan through the Agreement Administrator designated by Metropolitan in the Purchase Order. Metropolitan reserves the right to change this designation upon written notice to Contractor. Q&A Deadline February 21, 2023 11:00 AM (PST)
