Scope of Services Riverside County Transportation Commission is seeking bids to install high mast poles along the 91 and 15 corridors. The high mast poles shall provide the capability to mount vehicle detection sensors that will detect traffic density on the Riverside Express Lanes. The installation shall include the high mast poles, foundation for the high mast poles, conduit, and pull boxes for communication and electrical in accordance with 2022 Caltrans plans, Electrical Systems. Notice to Proceed (NTP) 1 will be provided contingent upon Caltrans review and approval of plans to work on a batch of seven sites. NTP 2 will be provided contingent upon Caltrans review and approval of plans to complete the remainder of the project. Mobilization and install are estimated to start upon scheduled delivery of ordered parts and NTP 1 which is anticipated to be by 7/13/2023. Mobilization and install are estimated to start 9/19/2023 and to be completed by 11/13/2023
