The Magnolia Avenue Sewer Force Main Rehabilitation project proposes to repair and rehabilitate approximately 9,845 L.F. of an existing 24-inch Cement-Mortar Lined & Coated (CML&C) steel pipe with Flexible Fabric Reinforced Pipe (FFRP) method via downstream inversion and closures at access pits on Magnolia Avenue. The project also includes cleaning and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection of the pipelines before and after the lining process, as well as all associated work necessary for a fully functional force main. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining public health, safety, control of odor and noise, and repair and reconstruction of improvements affected by the Work to the existing condition or better for a complete and usable force main system. The 24-inch CML&C is currently not in operation. The City of Riverside Public Utilities Department has determined bidders shall hold a valid Class "A -General Engineering Contractor" or "C-34 Pipeline Contractor" State of California Contractor's license in good standing.
