PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Commission is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering professionals to provide On-Call Construction Management Services, Materials Testing, and Construction Surveying Services for the Construction of Rail and Commuter Rail Station Capital Improvement Projects in the county of Riverside, CA. Services will include pre-construction review of plans,specifications, and estimate (PS&E), analysis of construction bids; contract document review prior to construction contract award; construction inspection;surveying and materials testing; coordination with local agencies construction contractor and RCTC station personnel. Perform contract administration; office engineering; claim analysis and other assorted duties as appropriate for construction management.
