Renovation of an educational facility in Avon Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not limited to the following 1. The work includes selective demolition and removal of existing metal and bituminous flashings, built-up roofing, cover boards and insulation down to existing decks. 2. The work further includes miscellaneous rough carpentry, sheathing, preparation required for reroofing, built-up asphalt roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, and joint sealants. B. Type of Contract. 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. For the cost associated with the roof replacement at Avon Park Middle school.
