Question Cuttoff Date & Time 2/15/2023 12:00:00 PM (ET) - All questions and inquiries about this Solicitation shall be submitted using the EMarketplace System site SCOPE OF SERVICES: Construction of Process Water Recovery Basin Lining Improvements Located at the Lake Conroe Dam, the SJRA Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP) Division provides surface water treatment and transmission services to program participants including multiple cities and utilities within Montgomery County. Process Water Recovery Basins Lining Improvements, hereafter called "Project" is located within the GRP surface water treatment plant at the east end of the Lake Conroe Dam. The project consists of the removal of the existing cement soil liner of the process water recovery basins and replacement with either a cast-in-place concrete or dry-mix shotcrete lining. The work of this Contract is based upon an identified need to replace the failing liner. Anticipated Construction Start: April 2023 Estimated project schedule: Substantial Completion within 180 calendar days after NTP. Final Completion 30 calendar days of the date required for Substantial Completion.
