*Technical questions regarding this solicitation will be addressed, in writing, and in accordance with the
Questions and Answers portion of this IFB Purpose and Description of Services
1. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to
provide effluent analysis, reporting, and collection of wastewater monitoring samples, as well as
routine system maintenance at the ERRECA Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA) Wastewater
Treatment System.
2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment
9 for a more complete description of services. Written Question Submittal 02/02/2023 1:00 p.m. Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing by February 2, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
