Reference number : 1684095 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Pointe-de-l'Île school service center is issuing a call for tenders for the REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF (BASINS E2, E3, E4, E5 and E6). All tenderers must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents and their addenda, if applicable. Timeline The Contractor will be able to mobilize on the work site, from JUNE 28, 2023. The start date of the work is JUNE 28, 2023. The date of taking possession before the end of the work (early) for this project is fixed at N/A . The date of acceptance with reservation of the work is AUGUST 18, 2023. This date establishes the end of the work. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than SEPTEMBER 08, 2023 , i.e. 21 days following the date of receipt with reservation of the work. Acceptance without reservation of the work is scheduled for NOVEMBER 07, 2023 , i.e. sixty (60) days following the end date of the period for correcting deficiencies. Reserve The school service center reserves the right not to accept any of the submissions received. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
