Renovation of a mixed-use development in Windber, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Windber Area Middle/High School Roof Repair Project Contract will consist of a single prime, General Construction Contract. Project is to be substantially complete and ready for occupancy according to the Project Schedule outlined within the Bid Documents. No questions will receive a response if they are submitted later than three (3) days prior to the bid date. It is the responsibility of the Bidders to issue copies of the Bidding Documents to Sub-contractors. Full or partial sets of documents for Sub-Contractors may be purchased at the cost of reproduction plus postage and handling charges. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Windber Area School District reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.. The Windber Area School District will be the sole judge in the decision as to which bid is most applicable and most acceptable.
